One Month Into the Pandemic

Hey guys, how's it going? I know it's been a moment since I last posted on here. I've actually been keeping myself preoccupied during this time. I just wanted to make sure everyone is doing okay since this is the first time I've posted on here since the Coronavirus has hit the world. Also please bare with me since Blogger changed its format again.

I've actually been keeping myself busy mainly because just like everyone else, I'm anxious. I'm not exactly stressed with money, because while some of us got laid off, my job was generous enough to not lay anyone off but we cannot work and since I work in a casino, I don't know when is the next time I'll be able to actually work. I still am getting paid, but for those that aren't, I'm hoping you're making ends meet in some way shape or form especially with those stimulus checks. But since all nonessential businesses are closed, I'm pretty sure most of us are saving.

Anyways, since we have all the time in the world to do things, I haven't been doing much except reading, writing, and playing video games. Yes. For those who don't know, after investing in a PS4 Black Friday last year, I have playing games nonstop. I managed to finish the entire Uncharted series in less than a month. Lately, I've been chipping away at the new Final Fantasy VII (which by the way is my first FF game I have ever played). I haven't read as much as I wanted to but I read at least a couple books since this thing has made me stop going to the gym and work. As for writing, well, you wouldn't be reading this if I wasn't writing. But I have also been working on my own projects and I finished one while starting another.

I guess I'll be writing a little bit more on here since I have the time, but I really do hope everyone is doing okay. Maybe do some of those things you wanted to do for your New Year's resolutions or binge watch that show you said you always wanted to watch. We have time to actually do stuff that we've been putting off. At the same time, I know some of us aren't doing as well as we would like. Just know I'm rooting for you and keep your head up.
